So price/performance ratio is correct; this often marks the small but fine difference in how the construction period proceeds ;)

To judge that, I lack the experience. Maybe we've just been lucky so far. However, I also suspect a connection. The construction site looks tidier to me than the rest of the area, safety notices are posted everywhere, and the workers all wear helmets and work clothes with the developer's logo. On neighboring construction sites, it looks significantly more chaotic to my layman's perception.

Unfortunately, a high price does not guarantee quality, as is usually the case in life.

Sometimes I think you do it on purpose. Pinch here and there and see what happens? I never wrote anywhere that a high price automatically equates to high quality. I literally wrote "So price/performance ratio matches ...[...]", that's a world of difference ;) Rhineland greetings

I don’t understand the OP either. He has certainly looked at many BU options and decided on this one (for whatever reason). So the head, gut, and wallet must have said yes, right?

I wouldn’t feel like looking for a new BU but rather accepting the proposal with side agreements.

In our general contractor's scope of work, everything was actually specified in the construction service description. From the brand of the socket to the faucet. Heating and special requests were listed in the contract. However, our general contractor doesn't have 10 contract partners but 2-3 with whom he always works and therefore also knows what they use. To grow the company, to more contract partners and to more "brands". In another general contractor's case, it was also as described here; a branded product is used. The heating system can be named from the start because to create an offer, it must be known what is being built. ;)
