Concrete platform stairs?

Hello everyone,
who among you has a podium staircase made of concrete with a wooden covering or tiles.
We are currently wondering how to make the railing and the covering.
Stainless steel railing or masonry parapet.

Hi, I just took two more photos (there’s still chaos on the stairs due to vacation, overnight guests, and the fact that the new wardrobe hasn’t arrived yet)

The stairs start in the living area, so there’s no wardrobe or anything like that nearby. They go from the ground floor through the upper floor (see photo) up to the attic (with another landing there). The whole thing (all made of stainless steel) cost something around €3,500 - was a bargain
