Why should there be "dimensions" missing there? - the headline says "concept", it doesn't need dimensions yet. Without those of the property / building plot, all other dimensions would be nonsense anyway.

Why measurements? In a concept, beds, tables, hallway width should also fit Bedroom available yes Wide enough to walk around a bed Does a sufficient wardrobe fit No idea Is the concept useful if rooms are potentially not realistically furnishable?

Of course, rooms also have to be furnishable, but with a concept ("Rooms A, B, C on the ground floor / Rooms X, Y, Z on the upper floor / rectangular floor plan / straight two-flight staircase") one is still on a more abstract level, even if it is presented in a drawn notation.

In advance: A house concept cannot be evaluated if the living circumstances, habits, and preferences of the clients are not known.

The concept looks well structured. The house seems pleasantly compact to me. In detail, of course, there are some questions / considerations that have already been mentioned:

[*]Wardrobe: What needs to fit there? How will it be managed when several people come in / go out?
[*]Podium staircase: as writes: That could become very tight.
[*]Ground floor WC / shower: Depending on how much space is still needed, consider foregoing the shower.
[*]Light in the hallway? Possibly plan a larger (sliding) door to the living room.
[*]Plan the kitchen: How should the kitchen look? What needs to be accommodated? I am skeptical that the pantry will prove useful. Possibly plan a (climate-controlled) cabinet instead and do without the pantry.
[*]Reconsider the entrance to child 2, that is quite awkward.
[*]What kind of work is done – can it be done between 2 children's rooms?
[*]Set up the bathroom upstairs. Is that a shower or a WC under the sloping roof?
    [*]What will be stored where?

Drawing in furniture and anticipating walking paths is a valuable tip that you will always get here. Some surprising insights have already emerged from this.
