Our general contractor now formulates it like this. Whether I should be enthusiastic about it, I don't know yet:
The start of construction is 01.10.19, provided the development work is completed and the construction area is free, as well as the possibility to submit the building application after the notification procedure by 01.08.19. The completion date is then set for 30.11.19.
The municipality will automatically grant us the building permit after four weeks on the condition that the development work is completed - no problem. However, nobody from the official side says when the construction area will be finished.
The supervising site manager stated that they will be finished several weeks before the actual date of 30.09.
There are quite a few "if"s everywhere. Perhaps we have to say goodbye to a fixed construction end after all.
