The claims such as additional rent, commitment interest, possibly costs of furniture storage. Damage must first be determined and then claimed. And ideally, a lawyer does that. The general contractor cannot be held liable for the Baukindergeld, unless a corresponding contractual penalty is agreed upon, of course. However, no general contractor or main contractor in our region signs that.
