And to get to the remaining amount of about 360,000, land, electricity, heating, water, kitchen, and so on are simply included..... Even if I slap a full thermal insulation on the solid house, it is still significantly cheaper with a somewhat comparable U-value (wooden house 0.15, solid 0.18).
