It is slowly becoming very political. Continue this (bestimmt auch sinnvolle) discussion on the appropriate social media platform. Otherwise, this doesn't help either the OP or other forum visitors...
You don't want to understand. In that respect, Tolentino is right. We have laws, as long as these are not broken, he can claim his money.
It doesn't help anyone, true. Although – sometimes people actually start to think when you give them a nudge. Not always, but the attempt was worth it. But you are right. At least from me, there will be no more on this. It's getting very political now. Please continue this (certainly meaningful) discussion on the appropriate social media platform. Now you see my dilemma. If I understand the parameters of the Baukindergeld correctly, I can only apply for it for the apartment, and only for the time we actually live in the apartment ourselves (which probably means 2 installments of 1,200 euros each).
Do you see any alternative here? Of course, we would like to claim the full 12,000 EUR.
...
Now I’m over the limit in any case, but the previous years are taken into account, when our taxable income (I am jointly assessed with my wife) was just still under the limit.
What annoys me now is that we can apparently only claim it for 2 years.
...
Long story short... I will probably apply for the Baukindergeld for the apartment, even though I will definitely miss out on about 10,000 EUR because of that.
...
If we get a building permit this year and the purchase contract for the apartment has been signed at the notary by then, could we apply for Baukindergeld for the house in the future?
If 1 and/or 2 don’t work, can I at least still apply for Baukindergeld for the years I live in the apartment myself?
