So we do not have an enthalpy heat exchanger in our central controlled residential ventilation system and currently (at 0°C outside temperature) have 47% humidity in the living-dining area. So I can't complain.

I can hardly believe it! We have 10 plants between 30cm and 2m in height. We cook regularly and 4 people live here. Either you have no air exchange or an EH.

Hygrometers also measure differently.. Do not rely on a single one.

We produce relatively little moisture I think and have 45-55% with moisture recovery. That's already too little for me, I am sensitive to it.

Do you have such a device? There are corresponding parts available online. I wanted to first see if I miss the part at my place and then buy it accordingly.

It's similar for us.
Humidity always between 45 and 60%.
Only central controlled residential ventilation without any additional extras.

It is then obvious that the controlled residential ventilation is either not turned on or the air exchange rate is set significantly lower than the required 0.5/h. Or you actually have an enthalpy exchanger and just don’t know it. Outside there are about 5g of water in one m³, inside at 50% about 10g. If the system processes about 5000 m³ per day, you would have to somehow evaporate about 25l of water. Very unrealistic.
