Break free from the idea that liters of water are stored there. If you produce sustainably more water in the house than you can ventilate away and you still have a nasty cold bridge somewhere, mold will eventually start to form. With clay plaster maybe 2 days later.

Especially since good wall constructions in timber frame construction nowadays avoid using foils. And the material the wall is made of is ultimately irrelevant if the walls are subsequently painted with dispersion paint. But generally, if there is controlled residential ventilation, then with an enthalpy exchanger.

We have 2 heat exchangers that are replaced in October and April. The system (Helios) was originally purchased with heat exchangers without FRG; after the first winter, we bought heat exchangers with FRG. On average, we have 50-55% humidity in the house. Solid construction KS+WDVS

Advertising nonsense from someone who does not offer an enthalpy exchanger? You can calculate how much water you have to evaporate to get above 70% here, you already need a commercial kitchen and a greenhouse... We also have a Helios with ET and are at 45-50%.

Without at 33%. Crying, but 800 euros for retrofitting is also something.
