Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think that's really necessary. We also changed a few minor things after the building application (windows, interior walls) and our general contractor said that "no one cares".

It probably depends on the region. Nobody cared about it here either. I think we could have put a lighthouse there as well.

The window probably wouldn't matter, but the sewage planning wouldn't be correct anymore, and that also needs to be approved.

You did submit a sewage plan, right? I think if digging has already started, it's too late for such fussiness. And since you are planning for two children, you have the muscle power to ventilate the rooms manually every day. I find the lack of storage space much more annoying. Man, man... they really saved on every possible opportunity to put something away.

Right, wastewater would be different anyway!

So you would rather do without the controlled residential ventilation in order to have a larger room?

The controlled residential ventilation probably fits under the ceiling of the utility room and takes up no space. You have to get everyone together at a table for it to work. Yvonne is of course right about the storage space, it is really very tight. The office will become a storage room. Is the space under the stairs closed? Then you can store things there.

Sorry, where is the bigger room?
You have 4 sqm utility room... even if the controlled residential ventilation hangs under the ceiling: 4 sqm full of freezers and then above you... I wouldn’t even want to do laundry there. What about the roof? Can't it be a bit higher?
By the way, I think all this is coming quite late now!
