See profile picture. It is a bungalow. One Helios is enough for that. For a second floor, there must be one on top as well. Falzlüfter are in all windows, not in the doors. System RegelAir. Just google it. The advantage of a gas heating system is: it is more proven than the pumps, manageable and adjustable by any village plumber journeyman with resistance to further training, cheap to maintain, durable, inexpensive to install, space-saving—only the image is that of a Ford Fiesta. You have to be able to live with the neighbor saying, oh—you still use gas? You say, yes, we are still wavering whether or not we should use lignite...

Just briefly because of little time:

Controlled residential ventilation offered, but space not planned? Problem of the general contractor. They should solve it, and without lazy compromises. Ideally, a discount on the heat pump results.

Please make sure to design the underfloor heating to be heat pump compatible, even if it ends up being gas.

Photovoltaics always pay off. Self-consumption is possible even without a heat pump.

Our controlled residential ventilation will be located in the attic, not in the HTR…

Systems like a Vaillant Recair fit perfectly above the washing machine and dryer, if you haven't arranged them stacked.

Important point, so you don’t end up taking a heat pump and have it designed for gas.

Does it count as offered if the controlled residential ventilation is listed as a “surcharge option” in the contract?

Yes, ours should go there too. But apparently there is “suddenly” too little space there! (See title)

That’s a good point! That’s something to start with, thanks!

GU and unknown/new plant technology is dangerous. If you do something like that, be prepared to check the entire plant planning so thoroughly that you can plan the whole thing yourself afterwards. My opinion!
