A prefabricated house is built in a hall and erected on a plot of land.
Just do it in solid construction, then you have no restrictions at all.

Why? We have plenty of driveways consisting of two wheel tracks.


You could have called the utility providers in the municipality today and asked. They have flat rates a) for the connections and b) for the extra meters.

Yes, of course I have already informed myself in this regard. With Telekom it is actually a fairly simple flat rate and they also lay it into a pipe already prepared by you.
With the waterworks it is simply more complicated. They need a power of attorney from the owner and some technical information. The cost calculation then takes about 4-6 weeks.
So, unfortunately, just calling briefly and getting the price doesn’t work here.

With the thread I didn’t just want to find out the development costs regarding water and co but also items that I might have forgotten (e.g. the crane, solid house, etc.). For that, the thread has already been worth it for me.
I already knew that I have to pick up the phone myself :)

I also built on such a secluded plot and first had to build a 45-meter-long driveway with a width of 3 meters. However, I also immediately laid empty conduits underneath for the connections. That was all relatively inexpensive. However, I did it without an excavator, only with a shovel, pickaxe, wheelbarrow, and vibrating plate. And containers. The great thing about such a garden plot is that you have your peace there.

Please also talk to the fire department beforehand. It occurred to me as a very important point.
If the access road is, for example, only 2.95m wide, the fire department will veto the construction. Just as an example.
