Then I don't understand the 2 mini bedrooms in the [Einliegerwohnung]. As well as the rooms in the main apartment

I suspect one room is intended as a guest room for Daughter 1 and the other as a bedroom for Daughter 2 with a handicap. Daughter 3 sleeps in the parents' area. I would find that okay.
What would bother me is this dark terrace for Daughter 2 next to the parents' bedroom. But without a site plan, no advice can be given on that.
And actually not without a budget either. I consider the views questionable. Actually, only a flat roof works there. Given the size, that will probably be quite a large amount of money.

The hallway in the granny flat becomes pitch dark. I wouldn’t want to expect anyone to use a room under 10 sqm. Especially not children. I would also rotate the living room by 90° so that when you’re watching TV, you don’t always have a sliding door (which will probably be open most of the time) in your field of vision. Also, someone is constantly walking in front of the TV --> yes, watching TV is very important to me. Your wardrobe, as the cupboards are arranged now, is way too cramped and also pitch dark.

The entrance area could be very easily separated if necessary, the apartment door would then be placed in a wall at the level "in front of" the wardrobe.

In my opinion, the desired area clearly shows the disadvantage of the bungalow, there is a lot of interior space that naturally becomes dark. So the building is structured to create more walls.
I would also be bothered by the interior dressing room and the tiny bedroom window.
The daughters' rooms in the granny flat are really tiny and space is lost there for the (long) hallway. Can another half meter be added there in the granny flat (so upwards)? Then the rear exit of the garage will become narrower.
It would also be great if daylight could still come in through the roof.

Basically feasible, I quite like the main apartment.
