There isn’t much enthusiasm for the office, which is okay. However, the office in my old apartment was about the same size and I felt quite comfortable in it.
Well, those 5 sqm are missing somewhere else again. This office takes up one window, one door, and significantly a traffic route to that door.
I only want to equip the wardrobe with a clothes rail.
Clothes rail and shelves with shoes: perfect! We also have that and I wouldn’t want to miss it. I suggest: find an affordable standard general contractor (GU) that you can afford. They usually have a common 100 sqm simple floor plan with two bedrooms, which can be upgraded a bit, e.g. by shifting walls, swapping utility room/bathroom, or a 10 sqm extension. The site plan is important to know for the supply line to the utility room. If you learn anything new, you can post a floor plan from a GU here that might be an option. After all, with a tight budget, it usually doesn’t happen that you build a simple custom floor plan, so it’s better to choose a floor plan offered by the GU that is usually changeable at no extra cost.
