With a bungalow in dream castle size and Bauhaus floor area, you are broke at the shell construction stage.

I also like to remind you of the beginnings from last year
At that time, a realistic bungalow was planned that can be built with simple means.

Personal price limit for the house, including equipment: 300000

Space requirement 110-120sqm

However, I do not want to plan larger for cost reasons.

I would start again there.

With a space requirement of 120m2 WF and a 300k budget, I would call the project a pipe dream. Where is it supposed to be built?

Just ask the bargain makers like [T+C]. They surely have a bungalow with 120 m2 WF in their portfolio.

I still see an expert as necessary, at least because of the roof construction.

The last version definitely looks better, unfortunately you can only guess some labels and numbers.

What definitely stands out:
- Technikraum?
- Parent's dressing room much too small/narrow. Could be expanded instead of this side room from the utility room
- still the Lesegang ;).

The technical room now has to be included in the utility room, which is why it is larger. The reading aisle is 185 wide. The dressing room is still a problem for me.
