Draw your desired or existing furnishings everywhere to scale.

The kitchen is not really ergonomic like this. I would access the parent’s room through the dressing room. A bathroom without a window is an emergency solution. I would explore a few more possibilities with YPG’s suggestions.

can only build 14m wide, rather narrow. Here it is about 12.5x12.5m. We’ll take a closer look at it.

I wouldn’t say I suggested building wider. Just not like this! It all seems too clumsily lined up... probably started from the entrance and the rooms lined up on the left (see WC). I also doubt the bedroom by the terrace. That was something from 70s bungalows... or in apartments with a balcony. The living room section is apartment building. I would probably put the kitchen where the bedroom is now, hobby room instead of kitchen, rotate the children’s room 90 degrees, bedroom to the east... was there a site plan here? I haven’t seen one...

Just different. Tetris offers many possibilities.

A site plan includes the neighborhood, vegetation, streets, and such stuff.

It is somewhat tiring... apart from suggesting "to play Tetris," one does not really contribute much - especially if the gentleman does not even manage to follow these few lines

It's a bit tiresome... apart from the suggestion to "make Tetris," you don't really contribute much – especially when the gentleman can't even manage to follow these few lines

The only thing I can offer you is this. The site plan is still being made. Yellow is ours. The street side is north.
