So, we are not talking about an additional basement, but about a floor that is half, so on average more than 1.40 meters underground, and then another level. We are not talking about _additional_, but instead of. I would also like to mention, since costs are not only an issue for you, that you might have to support the soil in your garden due to the slope, whatever it is like. That costs extra money, which does not occur with a flat plot. I cannot specify exact additional costs.

Thanks again for all the answers!
I hope that all the information can be read from the picture – my husband got a bit artistic.

The property should cost 255, which is probably the reason why it hasn’t sold yet (has been on the internet for 2 months).
Besides, it is probably being sold due to the increase in property taxes.

Where is the plan section with the height determination in the plan? Are there any labels for the contour lines? There are 4 contour lines on the property. Are they every meter? Does the slope go towards SW or NE? How large is the property? Don’t you have any photos of the property? Aerial photo with surroundings?

Do you have access to the development plan? The reference height is specified there.

Unfortunately, we do not have access to the development plan. The contour lines are all 50cm apart. I thought that could be seen. Top 165 bottom 160. The image is oriented north, so the slope is towards SW. The property is 550sqm in size. Best regards

Here is an aerial photo. I don't think there is much to be seen on it.
