... you want questions answered here, so it would be smart to provide the requested data and plans. With half-measured floor plans without an overview of the surroundings, access routes, etc., you will hardly get any useful hints here.

With a 12.5% slope, one can consider a basement. Or a lower ground floor and ground floor? 160 m2 for 400k might be tight. Especially on a slope. Aerial photo of the surroundings with the plot marked? Where is the street? Where should the garage go?

A pantry only makes sense if you harvest and preserve a lot yourself. For purchased canned goods, the local supermarket is a much better storage option.

A plan of the property is part of the purchase. Then mark the direction of the slope. Then an aerial photo of the surroundings from the internet. That already helps. You have surely already taken pictures of the property as well. Better early than late
