Dreamcatcher, please inform yourself properly and not just from Konrad Fischer. EVERYTHING you write is wrong. There are no grooves. Cleaning systems have existed for a decade. Mold is a permanent problem in an airtight house. And have you ever heard the word filter? Alternative facts à la Trump? Man, man, man... so much simplicity is frustrating...

You know Grym, no one is stopping you from incorporating something like that. Everyone should form their own opinion and I have provided another aspect for that. If everything is only 100% "white" for you, wonderful, continue living in this beautiful world.

No, the currently valid "Energieeinsparverordnung" is mandatory. Currently, it is Energieeinsparverordnung 2016. According to my layman's knowledge, this corresponds to a KfW 70 standard, but you can already achieve KfW 55 with minor measures (possibly only additionally controlled residential ventilation, heat pump, photovoltaic or solar or better insulation), and thus a) €5000 subsidy and b) better interest rates on a €100,000 loan.

Compliance with the energy saving ordinance is a must. The standards required by KFW (a development bank) go beyond this level and are intended to lead to lower energy costs.
