You are already won as a customer :rolleyes: you just can't simply go to another bank. Depending on the situation and amount, something else is also registered in the land register, which of course involves corresponding costs. If a follow-up financing offer seems too expensive, feel free to ask about an immediate building savings contract as well. Up to €30k they are usually blank with your most BSKs; or the interest rate is already fixed beforehand.
