Our kitchen cost €11,500. Brand kitchen from Schüller. With a preparation island. When I see how many grease splatters I have behind the cooktop, I'm glad I don't have them all around the island. You spend much more time chopping and preparing than cooking and frying anyway.
Do you already have a ground survey? Because of our soil, we had to invest about €10,000 more in stabilizing the ground. You shouldn't overlook that. We thus had additional costs amounting to €40,000.

Absolutely right.
For exactly this reason, we are getting a "preparation half-island" with a counter around the corner.
Since the counter was fixed for us, we decided to place the cooking area elsewhere on the wall because we didn't want the grease splatters. Also, the extractor hood would have severely restricted our line of sight.
so for 11,500€ the kitchen is great, that is more than enough for us. so we are not that wrong after all, as I said, we have connections for appliances because relatives distribute Miele. 40,000€ additional construction costs? wow... but I think that is not the standard. no, we haven't had a soil survey yet, but I thought that 30,000€ is a pretty good average.

Hello Pompeya,
I do think that value will apply on average.
Take a look at the breakdown from the construction expert here in the forum:
There you will get a very good overview.
We were also very surprised at all the costs that add up...
Hi,
So the kitchen is possible for the price, you just have to look a lot and have the courage to negotiate.
What I find missing in the list are the taxes?
