10,000 euros, whether that's tight or not, I don't know. For us, that wouldn't be enough, even though we have contacts at a kitchen studio and also chose something cheaper from there. It depends on how big the kitchen is supposed to be.

We have a stylish (which is always relative, but not ribbed plastic or wood look), let's say modern kitchen of normal size with a cooking island (90 x 180), mainly drawers (all 60 cm wide) and Neff appliances (including a steam oven) for about 11,000. But it's not a granite or wood countertop. So it's okay :)

I would think about the electrics: satellite dish, PC sockets in every room, and outdoor lights, many more power outlets – that can cost a few thousand.
The bathtub usually also deserves an upgrade to 180 x 80.

Which floors do you have to lay yourselves or have done as self-performed work? Tiles too? That can get expensive :(

So an island kitchen for under €10,000 will be very difficult. Maybe better to budget a bit more. We are at almost €15,000, have chosen a high-quality oven, cooktop, and extractor hood. Otherwise, nothing really special, but a brand-name kitchen from Alno adapted to our needs.
Regarding the sanitary fixtures, doors, and floor coverings:
We have 2 bathrooms - 1 with a tub - and the guest WC, and with the sanitary fixtures we are probably at around €5,000. These are brand products but nothing too expensive.
The doors will probably cost at least €200 each. Sliding and glass doors from €600. That means in our case about €4,000 for the material.
We calculate the floor coverings at an average price of €30 per sqm. That is another approx. €4,500 for 150 sqm without baseboards and accessories.
So €13,000 will be tight if everything is to be included plus wallpaper and paint.
Our oven including installation and everything that goes with it costs about €2,700 in total. The oven itself €1,300. So here too, €1,000 is too little.
So your buffer for garden, etc. already shrinks to about €25,000.
But don’t forget: Graveling the access road and laying slabs also costs a whole lot of money!
It should probably be doable with your budget, but better calculate generously and be happy in the end if there’s some left over ;)

We will install the Ideal Standard Tipp Duo Plus. It has exactly this size and costs less than comparable smaller models.

This one is stylish. Nobilia also doesn't look cheap, but is generally a bit more affordable. 30000 additional construction costs. What is included in that?
