My girlfriend wants to have the light in the bathroom. It is initially just a consideration

Your last version looks better. It would be even better if you draw to scale, so you don’t end up having to wash your hands without getting in because the washbasin is right in front of the door [emoji6] Regarding the window, you can use the 1 to 8 rule to calculate if you have enough light. If possible, it should also fit from the outside and be relatively central in the room (even light distribution).

Hi,

I need some outside opinions once again.

Basically, we agreed to implement the above drawing as is. However, for practical reasons, we now want to do without the bathtub and have it integrated later into the upper floor.

The problem is that we had this idea 30 seconds before closing time (excavation work started today), so we have to decide very quickly on a final version.

I apologize for the scribbled drawing. I am in the car for a longer time now and only had one minute. The scale is not as important yet as the layout.

Which version would you prefer? (The bedroom is to the right of the bathroom).

You will find the floor plan and scale on the first page.

Today we drew two more versions to scale.

Variant 1 is our favorite. The question is whether a toilet with a 17.5 cm protruding Ytong wall can be mounted on the exterior wall. Is that possible or problematic?

Hi

This doesn’t help you now, but I have some questions about your floor plan.....

Do you really want to have to walk through the whole house from the kitchen to the dining table?

And where does it lead outside from the utility room, is the garage there or where do you get to from there?

Is this actually a multi-family house?

Child right next to the headboard of your bedroom? Hmm.
