Hello,

I will be building a house soon. The planning with the architect is already finished, meaning the floor plan is final, and the doors and windows are fixed. Now I have a relatively well-shaped large bathroom and have been pondering for a while about how to sensibly arrange the shower, bathtub, and toilet in it. The proposal on the floor plan somehow seems uninspired. In principle, I find a "T" or "L" solution appealing, but unfortunately, I can't really imagine it well, which is why I am reaching out to you.

Wishes:
Walk-in shower, about hip-high masonry, glass above. Shower closable with a door. Not too narrow, not too wide. Maybe about 120cm x 120cm maximum.
Bathtub along one wall. Big enough for people who are not of dwarf stature to fit inside.

The floor plan shows that we will have a sloping roof in the bathroom. But since the bathroom is large enough, it wouldn’t bother to build a wall at the 2m line.

Best regards and thanks in advance!

What I like about sloping ceilings
Showers with integrated seating

I would have placed the bathtub along the long wall under the slope
Either freestanding or framed with a shelf
Double washbasin

I don’t see a large number of useful variants here. I do like corner showers:

I would do that too. For the shower, that's definitely the best spot. Then build in the tub in the middle: creates nice shelves for the towel stacks.

Many thanks to both *three of you.

: Do you imagine it like in the floor plan, just with the bathtub rotated 90°? And where would the toilet go then?

: I find your variation relatively good, a corner shower appeals to me as well. Unfortunately, I don't like standing "diagonally" in the room, but I would certainly get used to it.
