If you do it consciously like that, it's fine.

You do have an eat-in kitchen

I can't imagine a T with the sloping ceilings
How is that supposed to fit?

Unfortunately, I have no idea how a T could fit in there. Unfortunately, I am not very creative when it comes to planning rooms. That's why this thread here I am looking for ideas. I also find it helpful and reassuring when people who are smarter than me tell me what can be done and what can’t.

I think open-plan kitchens are a combination of living area and kitchen, right? We have a kitchen with a dining area in the bay window. So kitchen and dining room together. The living room is separate.

Living kitchen is cooking and eating in one room

I thought you had a plan with the T
T works for square bathrooms without sloping ceilings. I don't like it. I think it makes spacious rooms dark and small

I would do it as suggested by Kaho

Or can WC and shower be swapped

Definitely take into account the note from 11ant

I wish that were the case. The drain naturally goes through the ground floor. That's why it's also on the exterior wall. Now just look at what's underneath: partly no longer inside the house, partly living area with window.

I'd say the toilet stays where it is

If you do the shower as Katja suggests, it is consistent with the whole house. Almost all accesses there are planned the same way.
