Of course, "Senf" also makes sense for a "final" floor plan: everything that is still "just a plan" can still be "saved." Additional edges in wall surfaces always structure, i.e., they bring something large into a more manageable scale, but dissect what is already manageable by itself. Apart from the bedroom and bathroom with sloping ceilings, the house otherwise has the guest WC as the only purely parallel-walled "normal room." I would think twice about two types of bay windows (one with right-angled, and one with chamfered corners). Regarding the bricks on the exterior drawings, I hope they are not meant seriously: that would also give the already not massive house a fiddly, small-scale look like a witch's house. Only for emphasizing the bay windows could I imagine that looking nice by setting them off with brick cladding, rhombus siding, or the like (but please no gray plaster surfaces).
No, glazed, but also continuously at the same height.
Would the side facing the bathroom door also be built up all the way?
