Basement floor plan - window positioning in new construction

Who is responsible for the planning: planner of a construction company + do-it-yourself adjustments [...] Why is the design the way it is now? Standard floor plan from several house providers supplemented with own requirements [...] Attached is now the latest floor plan draft with dimensions - unfortunately from the visualization tool, therefore not with clean dimension chains.

Am I interpreting this correctly that the planning shown here by the provider does not actually exist, but this only represents the fiddling together of the shaken/mixed floor plan proposals? From which house model (without a link, but the model name may be mentioned here) do the mentioned external dimensions come? If you have taken a house model as a "master basis" and kneaded individual elements from other floor plan proposals into it: 1. then it is best to show the original floor plan of that, and scribble around it by hand; 2. is the source of that also the provider you favor as general contractor?

If you take a screenshot from the program, you can also select dimensions that will then be displayed. Would you like to provide the plot with the street and the orientation of the house on it?

Is there a development plan?

In short, my opinion:
First, I would take the carport/garage as well as the bathrooms out of the chocolate corner, meaning the southeast side, and put them in the north.
In my opinion, the children's rooms also belong more in the sun, meaning on the other side.
Therefore, I would first mirror everything.
I see the guest room and [TK-Raum] as interchangeable and flexible when it comes to the wardrobe.
The kitchen/dining table is too tight. This means: the island is too deep and the distance between the island and the countertop is too large. This makes the dining area too cramped.

Whether to keep the kitchen in the [SO] or mirror it with the living room needs to be tried out.

Is a second child planned?

Because I find the hallway areas too large for the exterior dimensions of the house.

I am a fan of children's baths. That is possible here too.
