House design
Who planned it: planner from a construction company + do-it-yourself adjustments
What do you especially like? Why?: open living-dining/kitchen area; straight staircase; lots of light / floor-to-ceiling windows; separate area for wardrobes; equally sized children’s rooms (second child planned in medium term)
What do you not like? Why?: bathroom layout still unclear; “open” cloakroom area in the hallway
Price estimate according to architect/planner: approx. 450k
Personal price limit for the house, incl. equipment: ---
Preferred heating technology: air-to-water heat pump
Why is the design as it is now?
Standard floor plan from several house providers supplemented with own requirements
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Attached is now the latest floor plan draft with dimensions – unfortunately from the visualization tool, therefore not with clean dimension chains. The essential dimensions are included, though. I hope this is sufficient for an initial evaluation.
As mentioned, we are generally interested in your comments. The door to the utility room has already been changed. The bathroom has also changed again to create a more harmonious front exterior view.
Main questions from our side:
1) Bathroom layout
2) Whether to swap the living room and kitchen position or not.
Thank you very much and best regards!
