Interesting remark. We came to the same conclusion yesterday when we saw the kitchen in the 3D animation. It has already been implemented; I will provide the current version once I am back home. Do you have any further comments on the floor plan?
We are still guessing back and forth whether to swap the positions of the kitchen and the living area. Your opinion?
Regarding the bathroom, we have a new design for the exterior view as well. That will be added later too.

Please only with a completed questionnaire.

The measurements are still missing (third time mentioned)!

You haven’t really positioned the curtains already, have you? Let’s leave out the frills during the planning phase. The more you use, the more one wriggles around deletion and starting over. But it is often necessary when going into detail – like now also the TK door.

Why don’t you just show the plan instead of copying it? – Dimensions should be included unless you crop them off, or do you only have brochure pictures of a model house? The copying is useless, especially because questioners who are still struggling with the intricacies of the software regularly omit details whose significance they overlook or underestimate. Then the community discusses something that doesn’t fit in reality afterward. Very simple photos of the original plans are best, and any scribbling on graph paper is better than any computer block graphics.

House design
Who planned it: planner from a construction company + do-it-yourself adjustments
What do you especially like? Why?: open living-dining/kitchen area; straight staircase; lots of light / floor-to-ceiling windows; separate area for wardrobes; equally sized children’s rooms (second child planned in medium term)
What do you not like? Why?: bathroom layout still unclear; “open” cloakroom area in the hallway
Price estimate according to architect/planner: approx. 450k
Personal price limit for the house, incl. equipment: ---
Preferred heating technology: air-to-water heat pump

Why is the design as it is now?
Standard floor plan from several house providers supplemented with own requirements

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Attached is now the latest floor plan draft with dimensions – unfortunately from the visualization tool, therefore not with clean dimension chains. The essential dimensions are included, though. I hope this is sufficient for an initial evaluation.
As mentioned, we are generally interested in your comments. The door to the utility room has already been changed. The bathroom has also changed again to create a more harmonious front exterior view.
Main questions from our side:
1) Bathroom layout
2) Whether to swap the living room and kitchen position or not.

Thank you very much and best regards!

If you take a screenshot from the program, you can also select measurements, which will then be displayed. Would you like to provide the plot with the street and the orientation of the house on it?
