Yes, as already said:
I see a different room layout here, roughly like this.
Keep in mind: in a city villa there is no significant storage space for suitcases and the like. The hallway is too spacious for practical use if you extend it along its entire length.

I often wonder whether a questioner also looks at the other participants' designs in parallel, which usually all have the same problem. This can be seen as a hint.

Earlier, this was my spontaneous thought about the floor plans in post #37: you can see here how an inconvenient staircase creates a need for a "bay window" and if such is not added anyway, the furnishing has to save itself by jumping to the side.
