The OP has already been advised twice to go to a financial advisor.

Caspar and that's exactly what we are doing, but apparently being informed beforehand is unwanted...

By the way, I don't need to sugarcoat my income, on the contrary, the 5500 are actually set too low...
Pay tables for civil servants in Bavaria can be easily found on the internet, A12, level 4, plus family allowance 2 and child benefit, plus A9 level 6... You can calculate it yourself...
In addition, I also have a widow's pension of 286€ and my son a half-orphan's pension of 176€... But I deliberately left those out...

Even if I were to tell you here that I earn half a million a month, so what. The bank ultimately looks at the documents and sees if it's true...

And I didn't list my car financing again just now, as it is already mentioned right at the top...

Well then, just go to the bank and do it! You can easily afford it! You don’t have to be a math teacher to figure it out! Yes, there are 110% financings, and as a civil servant, you’re used to special treatment - you get that at the bank too!

Why are civil servants used to special treatment? If it’s so great, why didn’t you apparently become a civil servant?
