Banks for 110% financing

No, not current anymore... Since 60k equity is available... And the financing has been finalized since last week!

I have explained quite clearly why saving for a few years is not an option for us... And reading what is then written in the course of the discussion would also be helpful, since by now the basic conditions are completely different...

Well, I'm relaxed... the bank is welcome to terminate me for such insolence. I wouldn't provide annual financial statements.

A small upgrade on that, in case anyone is still interested.

In my financing (existing property with a low loan-to-value ratio due to purchase price without renovation/expansion), it was obviously the case that I met an internal bank criterion, so the bank demanded the annual report. I was not aware until now that the report was tied to a specific criterion; I had assumed it was generally handled this way for self-employed persons. It was not really an issue with this financing either.

This only became apparent now in the course of another conversation with my bank advisor, who explained to me that the bank no longer requires the annual BWA because I no longer meet the criterion.
