Oh, and regarding the subordinated loan, the money from KFW Bank is indeed registered as subordinated, and it significantly reduces the burden on the senior bank, doesn't it?

No. In 99% of all banks, the KfW is secured by the mortgage of the intermediary bank; in other words, the bank also bears the risk. Therefore, no influence on the loan-to-value ratio of the main loan.

There are probably 2-3 in the market (which should also include Signal) who assess this differently.

We also obtained our 500k through [Hüttig & Rompf]. I can only recommend it! Very good support.

At 110%, the financier will scrutinize the cost planning of the project in detail to virtually exclude the necessity of additional financing. You should be prepared for that. In such cases, the construction progress probably must be reported to the bank in exact detail, and they want to have a say in the payment schedule.

The dative is the death of the genitive.

Unfortunately not the only mistake. Generally irrelevant, but surprising in an elementary school teacher, IMHO. A pity.

Muhahaha sorry that I don’t take the time on the internet to check every post for absolute correctness... I simply don’t have the time or desire for that... Especially because it’s quite confusing on the phone as well... By the way, let he who is without guilt cast the first stone... It’s very astonishing what you all have time for... I really couldn’t care less who makes which mistakes in their free time and when... I correct the work of my students, but not my entire environment... I don’t need to...
