That says a lot, I was quite right about that. I don't need time for that - I have already learned the prepositions that indicate the genitive in fourth grade and have internalized them ever since. It's a pity that this is not the case with an elementary school teacher. I mean that seriously.

Blockhead, I honestly feel sorry for you... Rarely have I met someone who reveals so much with so few words.... And if your understanding of people and your manners in real life are exactly as they are revealed here, you must be a deeply lonely person who can only take out his frustration on others online...

Why are you getting personal right away? Which few words do you mean? The ones with the dative? Aren't you embarrassed about that yourself? What can I do about the fact that you as a teacher have such deficiencies? Isn't that a bit unfair to me? May I find this unfair now? Does this feeling allow me to get personal with you? Nope.

What do you expect as an answer now? The number of my Facebook friends? Should I tell you how great my house, my car, and my children are? I certainly won't do you that favor. I assume such arguments should not be exemplified even in an elementary school.

May we hope to learn the result of the consultation? 110% financings are not that common here in the forum, so the terms would be interesting. For the time being, I'll stay away here for my part.

The answer actually doesn’t concern you given your behavior...

However, our situation has changed... When we told father-in-law that we wanted to build, he came to us a few days later, looked at the plot. And now we are getting €60,000 gifted from him. The money now forms our equity...
(You probably find that very unfair now, since we already have it so much better than others *sarcasm off*).
That’s why we are now at 90% loan-to-value ratio, because we have now added a basement... This doesn’t change the financing amount of €400,000 but the incidental costs are now covered from equity.
Current conditions are as follows: two components (1x annuity loan at the DSL Bank, 1x KFW loan as full repayment within 20 years). The rate is €1570 and the blended interest rate is 2.2%. Repayment on loan 1 is 2% and on KfW something like 4,... The financial advisor will check by the end of the week if local banks possibly have somewhat better conditions.
