BAFA funding - experiences with payout duration?

we uploaded the final invoices to the portal some time ago. Does anyone have experience with the processing time recently? When can one expect a payout approximately?

With us, it was around 6-8 weeks at the beginning of 2022, I believe.

are there any other recent experiences by now?

I ask because we uploaded our proof of use with all documents last week (so still in November) and now I am obviously on tenterhooks.

Fun fact: our approval took 6 (!) days, which included a public holiday (probably plus a bridge day) as well as a weekend. So the bar is naturally set high.

So, since nothing has come here, I will fill the box with life myself:

- VN uploaded on 30.11. - obviously everything filled out correctly, because
- VN is changed to "paid out" on 21.12., so that
- on 20.12. the letter from BAFA arrives (issue date 19.12.) stating that we can expect a payment within the next 2 weeks,
- which also arrived on 29.12.

On this basis, my thanks go to BAFA! Nice end-of-year gift!

I congratulate you. We had to wait a full 6 months between uploading the [VN] and the payout.

We have nothing current to report because the last work took months to complete, was only finished shortly before Christmas, we do not yet have an invoice for it, and the energy consultant is now also on vacation. So we will only be able to upload everything sometime in January.

Congratulations on the quick payment! I also hope we won't have to wait long.
