A short addendum due to a problem within our circle of friends:

This weekend, while submitting the documents on the BAFA portal, we almost went crazy trying to find the form for the [Verwendungsnachweis] - nothing, nowhere to be found. Originally placed under the last of the three small icons, half a year after our own submission, it was no longer available.

The solution was switching browsers - for some reason, the identical browser that served us everything like clockwork in November blocked us this time.

I submitted my two proof of use documents (building envelope and heating) on 05.04.24. So far, nothing has come back. I have inquired several times by phone, but they only said "please continue to be patient." Let's see how long it takes.

we have now also completed the heating system. Currently, there seems to be a lot of air in it, after submission on 4.12. there was an inquiry on 10.12., on 14.12. we submitted additional documents and today received the assessment notice
