We have the advantage of construction power and construction water because we live next door, so maybe something can be branched off. I see sanitary the same way, I don’t see any problem with electrical: 6 double sockets in the kitchen, for example, I consider sufficient, or am I mistaken?

I have not yet commissioned a soil analysis. After 50-80 cm comes the load-bearing layer, of which 30-50 cm is topsoil. I will distribute the excavation and level the plot with it; it has an area of 900 m2.

We have a rainwater drain to which we will connect. I have to keep an eye on inspection shafts. Rainwater pipes are included in the construction service description as well as downpipes. I assumed that it is usually routed out of the utility room or up to 1 m above ground, but in any case it needs clarification, thank you very much!

Who did the planning there, or what were your specifications?
It looks as if a mid-terrace house was detached so that it can now at least have windows on the sides. But it remains a terraced house floor plan, and with the same costs, something nicer would also be possible.

Although a floor plan discussion was not requested, due to the four bedrooms one is still limited if it should not be 190+ sqm. But if you can show me an alternative floor plan, gladly!

Without having read the exact wording of the construction service description (not possible here at the moment), I don't know what might be specifically mentioned. I'll just list typical electrical appliances in the kitchen: - Refrigerator - Oven - Microwave or steam cooker or even both - Exhaust hood - Cabinet or countertop lighting, possibly several connections needed - Possibly freezer - Coffee machine - Dishwasher - Radio - Possibly bread slicer - Possibly food processor and/or Thermomix - Possibly toaster That already easily adds up to 12 sockets that are permanently occupied. No space to connect an immersion blender or a waffle iron or even a spare for something temporarily permanent like a baby bottle sterilizer or who-knows-what cool invention might be created in the next decade that will require yet another socket. Or even just for "these two sockets should not be right next to each other, that's impractical" or "this annoying plug blocks the neighboring socket" (6 double sockets are not the same as 12 single ones) But maybe you use far fewer devices than I do, only you can know that…

We have over 100 sockets throughout the entire house of similar size; the kitchen has 20.

That is also a common size, 100-120 sockets. According to the current plan including [Keller], [Garage], and [Außen], we have a total of 170.
