Regarding the fly screens? Why should €10,000 be unrealistic for that?
Surely there is a way to spend €10,000 on fly screens. We also had a few installed by the window company when we built new, but I would only do it selectively. In some areas, for example on our patio doors, we each took models that can be opened like a curtain with a central magnetic closure; these cost about €15 each and work almost brilliantly. That is another small advantage of our conscious decision against lift/slide doors.
I would probably prefer the solution to either tension such screens or install them myself afterwards, which would also give me freedom in the choice of manufacturer, e.g. for repairs or necessary replacements. The parts installed by the window company are ultimately just ordinary, inexpensive materials and thus not really better than good own solutions, but extremely expensive.
I don’t know the details of your house, but for €10,000 I would install an air conditioning system in the house (we did that and love it), a controlled residential ventilation system anyway, unless you are fully aware of the "ventilation" issue in a sealed house and have a solution that works for you.
What I mean to say is: fly screens can be done much cheaper and quite selectively where needed depending on actual demand. A controlled residential ventilation system, air conditioning or other comfort product cannot be installed so cheaply, so the decision would be easy for me.
