The question is what you want: a house that appears unreasonably expensive in the calculations and doesn’t fit your income
or to continue living in the apartment with a great savings rate
or a cost-neutral house that you can also afford.
You should also consider that you don’t finance "warm" (all-inclusive), but still have to pay additional costs (consumption costs as well as garbage, property tax, and insurance).

So approximately €2,800 rate, which would add up, doesn't work during your child-under-3 phase with the numbers you mentioned. At least for this period, you would now need to save separately enough or definitely keep some of your savings untouched in sufficient amount.

Surely there is a way to spend €10,000 on fly screens. We also had a few installed by the window company when we built new, but I would only do it selectively. In some areas, for example on our patio doors, we each took models that can be opened like a curtain with a central magnetic closure; these cost about €15 each and work almost brilliantly. That is another small advantage of our conscious decision against lift/slide doors.
I would probably prefer the solution to either tension such screens or install them myself afterwards, which would also give me freedom in the choice of manufacturer, e.g. for repairs or necessary replacements. The parts installed by the window company are ultimately just ordinary, inexpensive materials and thus not really better than good own solutions, but extremely expensive.
I don’t know the details of your house, but for €10,000 I would install an air conditioning system in the house (we did that and love it), a controlled residential ventilation system anyway, unless you are fully aware of the "ventilation" issue in a sealed house and have a solution that works for you.
What I mean to say is: fly screens can be done much cheaper and quite selectively where needed depending on actual demand. A controlled residential ventilation system, air conditioning or other comfort product cannot be installed so cheaply, so the decision would be easy for me.

Please also keep in mind that after having one child, the desire for a second often arises, even if you are now absolutely convinced of the opposite. The "risk" of twins should also never be underestimated.

750,000 EUR for a house, however, exceeds your income. Now, a monthly payment of 2,800 EUR might seem manageable, but add 2 children, and suddenly you can hardly afford anything at all.

And your calculation for the 3/4 million doesn't even include the outdoor facilities... that's another 100,000... easily.

So far I haven’t read anything about a difficult-to-build/arrange plot, so €30,000 estimated is quite reasonable, even if it includes own labor. A "simple" plot can also be arranged quite easily and yet beautifully. Therefore, one would need more details here to assess these costs.
We have a rather large plot and haven’t spent €30,000, but then we also don’t want any fences or such.

Good joke. Whoever builds a house for 750,000 villains settles for the simplest of the simple in the garden? For 30,000 EUR you probably get an average fence in Baden-Württemberg... that's it...
