But certainly not the technical room. Your 40sqm apartment also includes a cellar room and utility units (drying room and bicycle cellar), which are not counted as living space.

Interesting topic. We could also imagine living in a Pixelhome later in retirement. 40sqm and wood pellets is probably not really sensible. You can almost only heat that with a stove and resort to electric or radiators for emergencies.

That would at least be consistent: topping the exorbitant per capita land consumption of a detached tiny bungalow with an inefficient electric heating system with a (soy milk, of course!) whipped cream topping ;-) Kobold rulz *woisthierdasveitstanzemoji*

What would be efficient for such a small area? Solar and heating with it? That's electricity too, isn't it?
I have no idea

Recognizing the contradiction between efficiency and the solo or two-person living arrangements before addressing energy supply. The Mehrwohngemeinschaftenhaus* is ecologically, economically, and socially more favorable than the madness of every individual placing a "wheel-less folding caravan" on the green meadow. Beyond a certain level of naive nonsense, only the seventh decimal place matters whether you heat with biogas from flea droppings. Reality only works outside the pony farm thought patterns :) *) ideally as a combination of residential units for "shared apartments" and those for classic "families"

Yes, that would indeed be the right solution (.. Our wish would also not be just any plot for the pixel home, but now a little house with enough land to then later pass the house on to the offspring and move into the tiny house... Well... wishful thinking after all. I also really like the idea of a real multi-generation village or estate)
