Are construction costs transferable to small houses?

That is basically understandable, but not that the driving force behind it is a hoped-for/gambled KfW subsidy.

In what way gambled? It actually shouldn't be rejected if the corresponding standard is met and the application is submitted on time.

That may be true, but to me, a decision for building a house (or anything else) that results from funding pressure as here does not seem appropriate.

The deadline is only theoretically still in the future, but practically can only be met if you get into a time machine and put it in reverse at full speed. Your best friend really has to be an energy consultant if you want to have your starting number stamped in time within six weeks (with Christmas and New Year in between!). Forget it, you have already slept for too long.

I do get the documents from the prefabricated house manufacturer, right? Do I still need the assistance of an energy consultant to fill out the application? According to the seller, they calculate the energy consumption for the house at my location.

Then I could at most check if I can get the non-approval of the application as a right of withdrawal in the offer (maybe naive of me :)

The seller had an email today from the prefabricated house manufacturer with deadlines/number of how many BEZ (?) numbers can still be done, staff-wise.

If the energy consultant works for the prefabricated house provider, this is quite possible – as I myself have experienced. House order signed on 14.11., today applied for and got approved KFW55 subsidy.
