Are construction costs transferable to small houses?

An offer from the prefabricated house provider?
Yes, that is next on the agenda. Currently, I am still trying to find out whether I have to tear down the wooden shed that still stands there before I can do a soil survey, and what the sequence of soil survey/building permit/obtaining offers is, see my other thread.

For initial inquiries without changes, it was said:

The shell including triple glazing, statics, insulation, and delivery costs about €70,000.
Insulated concrete slab about €9,000
Roof €6,000–9,000
Building application support/architect services €2,500

I have to organize myself:
Heating, electrical, piping, bathroom design – according to the provider, one should expect at least €25,000 from a heating contractor here

If KFW 55, correspondingly more for photovoltaics etc.

Plus construction manager €4,000

I saw the flying space earlier. About €200,000, but without incidental construction costs.

Topic single house:
Short version: if yes, a 2nd module will be added next to it in 5 years. The building plot is about 80*30 meters, so there should be space. The 1st module should also be paid off by then.

Long version:
I’ll spare you (-;

Hello , I am planning something similar, where I already want 70-80 m2 and two stories. I am currently looking at the Thule Kubu. Do you have an overview of what to budget for heating, electricity, plumbing, and bathroom design? I want to build in the second row, so additional development costs would apply..

Is it allowed to build something like that or a house with possibly a shed roof or wooden facade on your property?

I would plan a cellar substitute room or utility room as a main residence, so then over 60 or 80 sqm.

These always apply if you want to be connected to electricity, water, and sewage.
I love tiny houses, floating homes, etc., and as homeowners, we treated ourselves to a caravan. The tip about the tiny house is probably only meant to serve as inspiration. There are also containers as homes…
By the way, there was a show on WDR yesterday about this living concept. Just take a look. The market is coming, if it isn't already here, and will get bigger.
I would also take a look at mobile homes: endless capacity :)

Isn't a "Raumwunder 90" from Town & Country much more "lucrative"? All your individual items are already heading in that direction. For my area, a price of just under 160K is shown. I didn't read where your construction site is.

I also took a look at the provider Town & Country. But with the 160 T, quite a bit is added if you want KFW 55 standard. And then there's the interior finishing (painting and flooring work). I'm currently looking at Cubes from Deltamodul and cubeconcepthouse. All in all, I find it difficult to really compare the offers

Why do you want kfw55? Are you afraid you'll consume too much? :D:cool:
