Are additional costs for suspended land calculable?

Look at our planning. We have the same plot type.

As a previous speaker recommended, we have also slightly integrated the garage in the basement and the roof as a terrace.

Costs for retaining walls + backfilling or partially just sloping about 50k.

Exterior stairs etc. costs extra. So for the outdoor area from the landscape gardener you can expect 80 - 100k, especially because the building window is far back on the property and therefore a long driveway if the garage is in the basement.

How high are the retaining walls at the garage? Do you happen to have any more pictures from other perspectives? Ideally also of those on the street side.

At the Kronimus garage masonry panel / L-stone 305 cm. Larger ones are not manufactured. On the street side, we had to use natural stones due to the development plan. My wife likes it, I would have used masonry panels throughout.

Do you have a plan with elevation details and clarify the building envelope.

Also estimate that the outdoor area or the additional costs for the slope will be around 100,000.

Whereas I do not intend to be nearly as luxurious as is the case with ivenh0. The garden itself is not to be filled in, so that the retaining wall at the property boundary does not become so exorbitant. Undoubtedly, it all really looks world-class.
