Two out of four inquiries have answered, by the way, that they are no longer GUs
But ... fish or bicycles ... are there already transgender GUs who would like to be something else? ... Joking aside: ouch, that unfortunately speaks very much against the skillful choice of your inquiry method, you apparently have not taken a dialogue path. I suspect you just emailed them (?) :-(
We want to build with someone. In case of doubt with an adapted blueprint.
The adapted blueprint will be unavoidable. Because hopefully you have also understood by now that such an overshoot of the budget cannot be remedied without "downsizing" to the originally intended scale.
But what do I do now with the info?
Option 1: not only read post #42 but also understand and apply it yourself. It actually contains everything: see your project
from the perspective of the entrepreneur; first get to know the suitable companies personally before addressing them; let them realize that you are looking for
an offer and not just a comparative offer, and that their
effort is met with a fair probability of assignment. This is not rocket science and can be done by yourself. Of course, you then have to be able to "read" the answers yourself as well.
Option 2: contact a professional provider finder. You are in BY, I don’t know any there, but
this can also be done completely by remote consultation. At "Baulotse Hoffmann" you can send your contact details and then discuss the non-binding submission of your plans, afterwards you will get an offer to support you accordingly in successfully handling this inquiry process. In a "neighboring thread" ;-) an engineering office is mentioned, about whose procedure I can say nothing yet, and which probably mainly makes sense if you still need an architect. So Baulotse Hoffmann helps with the search for plots, architects and construction companies / craftsmen; the engineering office epch mentioned at the linked spot apparently does something similar (but with the difference that it does not help to find architects, but is one itself). Such support
certainly also exists from other providers, but so far I only know these two. And as said,
to try it yourself, post #42 basically already contains everything necessary. Water always boils at one hundred degrees, no matter who puts the pot on the stove; pudding has to be stirred ;-)
