Missing heating room, extractor fan, etc. may be minor details that will come later, since you still feel like you are in a phase where the general direction does not fit at all. If these written lists are not considered, you will have quite different arguments to withdraw. Before you meet for an oral appointment, send a wish list, list of topics, or a general agenda in advance to prepare the architect.
