How do I get construction manager Mehdorn out of my mental cinema now? *LOL*

That requires professionals, not show-offs. : You are already allowed to write PMs here, so you could tell the OP which architects you have.

Was the spellcheck for the emails to the architects possibly similarly humorous?

Oh dear, a lot depends on this.
I’m keeping my fingers crossed for you.

I would proceed as suggested by and .
Often banging your fist on the table is enough. You don’t have to become loud and furious for that. A concise email listing all the points that bother you and all your questions. Not "it would be nice if...", "could you please...", "we would like..."
But
Straightening the wall on the slope side
Windows on the slope side not floor-to-ceiling
etc.
Submit revised plans on xx.xx.2019
What are the soundproofing measures for the ballroom?
How will the ventilation be?
What heating concept is planned?
Submit the concepts on xx.xx.2019

As Tassimat already said, what is not written down does not exist, and with an email you have time to formulate your requirements (not wishes) clearly and factually. Then it just takes 3 days.

With luck, that’s enough to get the architect in line and for them to work. Otherwise, you need another one. There too, the first appearance is a bit more assertive, and then it often works.

It’s a big project and a lot is at stake for you.

what I don't understand. The Te are independent. They should actually know better how business works

, I agree with you 100%, I have also already started writing down all the points. In my job, I am actually much more consistent, I also cannot understand why not with the "architects". However, there are always please, thank you, "could you" and "you did a great job" with regard to each individual employee of ours. I thought it would be the same with the architects. Not a big deal, I am used to tackling difficult things. Still, I am very happy for the emotional support from you/all of you. , is it so surprising that we, who build larger than 200m2, sometimes get pushed into a corner and sometimes need advice or emotional support??? —> we are all humans, right? Or are only those who build "small" allowed to talk here in the forum? Very concerning.

In your profession, you are confident. You know what you are doing. Here is uncharted territory, and being decisive and assertive is difficult. I feel the same way. Many work with tricks and let themselves be coached. A self-assured architect is something different from a hysterical bride. Please and thank you you can continue to use, just not can, could, would, should. Some interpret those as weak hints and ignore them. Try to put them in their place. Often it is enough to firmly put your foot down. Otherwise, find someone else. There is a lot at stake with you.

For the size of the object, a TGA planner is necessary and it is not the task of the architect regarding ventilation/electrical/heating planning. An expert for [Brandschutz] is also needed.
