I would above all appeal to convenience. The kitchen is there and fits. Bringing your own kitchen is a huge hassle, it probably wouldn’t fit properly anyway so at least the countertop would have to be replaced, the space on the truck, etc... it just isn’t worth it. Of course, there are all kinds of people, but if it’s not 30 years old, the chances aren’t bad. When I moved out last time, I managed to turn a "No, we have our own" into a yes. The kitchen was about 6 years old, from Nolte in high gloss. So also a current décor. You also have to consider that if you work with a moving company, just transporting the kitchen alone costs several hundred euros due to labor time and space on the truck.

The listings you don’t find on e*** are the ones nobody wants because the price was set too high.

I would also estimate more like 300 to 400 EUR. Higher prices might be achievable with very good brand-name appliances (Miele, etc.) and branded kitchens, but with a total purchase price of 2500 EUR, that is probably more wishful thinking. Subtract the initial depreciation from the purchase price, which already occurs after assembly, and then the assembly itself. Then the first 1000 EUR are already gone. And then I assume a durability of 10 years for this purchase price. So another 6 years at 150 EUR each, leaves 600 EUR as the maximum residual value. Then possibly further devaluations due to minor defects, here a scratch, there a stain, or similar. People who buy used furniture usually want it almost for free. As others have already written, the best option might be a follow-up tenant who would get a suitable kitchen and be willing to pay a bit more for it (no assembly, no hauling, etc.). And the prospect of maybe selling it on to the next person later. I therefore simply gave my old kitchen (a cheap kitchen from Wellmann with brand appliances from Liebherr and Siemens, about 10 years old) to secondary use in the laundry room and cellar. The electric built-in oven including ceramic cooktop is now in the existing old kitchen of the second apartment upstairs. Originally, I even wanted to take it into the new kitchen, but now there is induction.

If I were the new tenant, I would massively lower the price. Just say then take the thing out. Then you have trouble and maybe only junk left. Just make a fair price. You don’t choose the new tenants, nor the kitchen^^

The new tenant is clearly at an advantage here. He can blackmail the old tenant however he wants. However, as the old tenant, you can also really annoy the new tenant. For example, handing over the old apartment at 6 p.m. on the last day (because you had to work earlier). If he then hasn't rented both apartments at the same time (old apartment overlapping with new one for about a month or so), he has a huge problem. Live and let live
