Air-water heat pump in KFW55 house / heating load, standards?

We actually had these temperatures for weeks this winter, but the heat pump was hardly ever above 32 degrees flow temperature. And such winters are extremely rare. Just like this spring, last night it was 0 degrees again and single digits during the day. It’s annoying and burns energy endlessly, climate change!! :D

How can you have 550m2 heat transfer but only 700m3 air volume?

I don't understand that or are window areas included?

And better calculate with exact room temperatures.
That means in the bathroom 23-24 degrees
Living room/kitchen 22
Children's room/bedroom 20
Office 22

Better higher temperatures than a heat pump that has to deliver more.

If it must be a heat pump, tell the heating engineer to keep a maximum 7cm pipe spacing for the underfloor heating in the bathroom and maximum 10cm in the other rooms.
No additional heating in the bathroom.

And supply temperature not above 30 degrees
