For a KFW-55 house, do I also have to calculate about 400 euros in monthly additional costs for my 160 sqm? I actually thought that this applies more to older houses, especially regarding heating costs.

That surprises me a bit now...

We currently pay a 110€ advance for electricity (including heating), 32€ for garbage, property tax (?), insurance ~10€ - which amounts to about 200€ (if I assume 50€ for property tax) for 190 sqm. Now the question is what reserves are included.

Electricity would come from a solar system for us, at least a large part presumably. Reserves for a new building?

: only the residential buildings or also including natural hazard insurance?

(Household contents insurance is also a bit more expensive than for an apartment)

Owner's liability?

And what about water/sewage?
And street cleaning?

: if you don't want to finance every modernization/maintenance by borrowing. It is recommended to put aside 0.50-1€ per sqm monthly.

Heat pump/solar modules don’t last forever. And many other things in the house don’t either

As Caspar mentioned, even with a new building, reserves of at least 50 cents per square meter must be formed. That would be €90 per month for you. For example, we also pay for inspection of the air pump / solar system and descaling system. I think that's about €400 per year altogether. You also take your car for oil changes and inspections, right?
