Property tax, rainwater, residential building insurance, reserves, electricity, maintenance, garbage, cable, gas,
above all, reserves is always a topic with pros and cons
One must not forget that in large units the costs are usually lower than at the house. Everything is shared
Property tax seems to deviate extremely. We pay 588€ per year or 49€ per month for property tax, rainwater, and all garbage fees. In total, we have 305€ in additional costs. We do not form reserves for the house monthly. We have an account on which an amount X is deposited that we feel comfortable with.
So if you have an apartment with 100sqm and then a house with 150sqm, you can simply calculate a factor of 1.5. Onto that comes the maintenance of the outdoor area, which probably weighed less in the apartment as well. With 300€ you are not too far off +-/

Well... it also always depends on what is included in the ancillary costs of the apartment. For example, in our case, just the costs for the elevator, caretaker, and hallway cleaning amount to almost 90 euros/month with 6 units.
These will no longer be incurred in the future...
so it always depends on the individual case and personal habits.
