Thanks for the explanation. Then I can position myself accordingly when the topic comes up again.
It was last asked of me. I don’t have any artwork anyway.

BW seems to be moving towards a standard land value model. Then the whole topic of fittings would be irrelevant anyway.

Walls basically like shell construction and cast asphalt without covering. So it should be cheaper than for someone who has plaster on the walls and tiles/parquet on the floor.

Huh? Property tax is regulated, without equipment, right? We just had to specify what kind of house, living area, plot, special features like swimming pool or sauna...

Additional costs ... monthly electricity 150 (looking forward to the refund), Telekom 30. 3 times a year 55€ property tax, 140€ for water and sewage. Once a year 130 for garbage (complete) and something for the insurances... but that is an all-in-one package. What the house alone costs I do not know exactly. Reserves 150€/month for the house

For single-family houses, it depends on the living area (under 220 sqm or more).

I am certainly in favor of a property tax being just a property tax. That means the amount of this tax payment is calculated solely based on the size. One square meter of building land costs x euros, one square meter of forest y euros, etc. In my world, it would all be regulated much more simply. Basically, it doesn't matter whether I put a TinyHouse on 2,000sqm of building land or a sprawling villa with a pool, orangery, and guest house...
