Strictly speaking, one would have to consider not only the registered right of way but also the basis of the registration. In our case, this specifies much more precisely than in the land register which width the right of passage includes and at what distance from the cable installation strip the neighbor is not allowed to plant anything, etc..

That's also what I mean with my post. The registration authorization defines how the right can/may be exercised. Read it and then the OP will have their answer as to whether and how they and construction vehicles can access the construction site.

What exactly do you mean by that? We only have the land register; the entry is from 1995.

The registration approval is the basis for the entry in the land register and specifies in detail the scope of the rights. If you do not have it, you can usually request a copy from the office, where it should be archived – or you ask the person who had it registered.
